Business Development Consultant

Join VetTemps as a Business Development Consultant and become the driving force behind connecting veterinary practices and hospitals with our exceptional relief staffing solutions. Build lasting partnerships while earning life-changing income!

⏰Hours

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at a minimum, Monday–Friday (with 1–2 optional Saturdays per month for additional commissions)

As a Business Development Consultant at VetTemps, you will be the driving force behind connecting veterinary practices and hospitals with our exceptional relief staffing solutions. By building and nurturing relationships, you'll ensure clinics have the support they need to provide outstanding animal care, while fueling VetTemps' growth as the trusted leader in relief veterinary staffing.

⚡Core Responsibilities & Details

  • •Prospecting & Outreach: Make 80–100+ cold calls daily, plus targeted emails and social media outreach to identify veterinary practices and hospitals with relief staffing needs.
  • •Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting partnerships with practice owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their unique staffing challenges and position VetTemps as their go-to solution.
  • •Market Mastery: Become a trusted expert in the veterinary industry, staying ahead of regional trends and relief staffing demands.
  • •Tech-Savvy Solutions: Leverage our advanced CRM and communication tools to track leads, manage relationships, and close deals efficiently.
  • •Client Management: Guide veterinary facilities from initial contact through engagement with VetTemps, ensuring a seamless experience and high satisfaction.
